Our Vision for Marvelous Sundays

Ÿ To be faithful witnesses to our faith by honoring the Sabbath
Ÿ To provide worship leadership opportunities for our children
Ÿ To use music, skits, and programs to proclaim gospel truths
Ÿ To share our faith with others
Ÿ To recognize and appreciate our uniqueness as children of God
Ÿ To have the children lead in worship weekly and to provide special music in worship monthly
Ÿ To be in ministry through participation in Christian education programs in area parks quarterly, using puppet shows, skits, music, crafts, and food

Reasons to be on the Marvelous Sunday “Team”
Ÿ You will learn how to work well with others toward a common goal.
Ÿ You will always be “good enough” to play on our team. God accepts and loves you as you are.
Ÿ There is no substitute who can replace you--you are unique.
Ÿ God has the power to make miracles from the smallest acts given to him in love, so don’t underestimate your worth.
Ÿ You will gain inner strength and faith that will help you face the toughest situations in life.
Ÿ Your playing time on our team will be totally in your control.
Ÿ No one is keeping score, so you don’t be afraid to make a mistake.
You will experience great joy as you play the game for God.
