U.M.W.
The United Methodist Women is an organization of women that meet and raise money for the mission work of the United Methodist Church. We have great fellowship and study times. The money raised is divided into thirds. Two thirds of this money is given to the United Methodist Church to help fund our national and world mission projects. These projects include schools, hospitals and any projects to help people, especially women, children and youth, be self-sufficient.
The United Methodist Women meet in the Fellowship Hall at 12:00 pm on the 1st Monday of the month. We also meet each November to plan the Christmas party for a dorm at the West Texas State School in Pyote.
